Must be legal resident of the (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), and are 18 yrs of age or older, have a valid ID and proof of insurance to qualify for contest. All employees and any agents acting for, or on behalf of Hibdon Auto Center, and/or immediate family of employee or agent (spouse, parents, siblings, children) are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.
Odds are based on number of entries. Only one entry per person or household via this form. All entries must be completed and entered at

Prize: The prize available to be won in the giveway is one (1) used 2012 Honda Civic, VIN 2HGFG3B58CH512770. The prize is valued at $6000.00. Winner understands that vehicle will be delivered in "AS IS" condition and does not include a warranty implied or in writing. No selling price on contract. Winner responsible for sales tax, license, documentation fees and any other government fees. Tax based on the value of $5125 (cost of the vehicle plus reconditioning and smog and safety inspection cost). Prize may not be substituted or transferred. Prize has no implied cash value and cannot be substituted for cash equivalent.
Participation in the giveaway constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules, and the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
By providing us your information you are agreeing to allow Hibdon Auto Center, Inc to send you promotional marketing, advertising and incentives. 5 (five) Semi-finalists will be notified by phone and email and have 48 hours to respond to the email or another semi-finalist will be selected. All semi-finalists must appear in person on Saturday, February 15th, at Hibdon Auto Center, Inc, 246 E. Walker Street, Orland CA 95963 for the drawing. Winner’s name will be drawn at random.
