New Fuel Economy Standards

In our view, the new Federal Fuel Economy Standards mandated by the Obama Administration will do nothing but dramatically drive up the prices of new vehicles.  To acheive the goals, new vehicles can only be smaller, lighter and cost more.  What do farmers do?  They still need a pickup.  What will families do?  You can't fit your kids and stuff in a sub-compact!   Ultimately, the marketplace will determine what we buy and drive, as it should be.  In the mean time, a quality, used vehicle will be a great value!
